So I just came across this tweet about a read-a-thon. I think it will be so much fun!! I am guessing that you read as many books as you can in 24 hrs :) So if I'm right I'm going to read A TON of manga/comic books!! Maybe some ya chapter books.

If you want to see all my posts from last year's readathon (and get a better idea of what people do during readathon), see this link. I think I posted like 14-15 times during the actual 24-hr period. Some people post every hour. I tried every 2 hours. I didn't have my own book blog then so I just did it on the writing blog.
Actually no - I didn't! I found it on the blog that had a bunch of buttons to chose from - so I chose then on. Thanks :) I'll go look at the link right now :)
Reading as many books as you can is exactly the thing the read-a-thon is about! Last read-a-thon I read some graphic novels; they're excellent for that since they're a) short and b) quick to get through.
Of course, a couple of the ones I had lined up sucked, so, er. Don't pick ones that won't be fun to read! lol. :D
This sounds interesting! I'm a little hesitant to sign up though because I don't know if I could do it...aaa I can't decide.
There is a FAQ sheet on the website - it answers some of your questions - like "DO we have to read for 24 hrs straight" - the answer is "NO".
